did you charge it all the way before turning it on first? Remember you need to train the battery, like a smartphone, you need to charge it full, drain it till it shuts off on you and charge it full again.

or just get the nyko battery

In the end i bought one of those Mini Elite Transporter Case, (from Asda £8). Canceled my order from Amazon with the Pull & Go folio case, as there wasn`t any in stock. Anyway, i`m not sure about the Mini Elite case, as i think it`s too big for what i want it for. I have left the tags on it so i can send it back, but there isn`t really that much i like that will hold game cartridges too. Just wanted to know if any of you guys/girls have a case for yours yet and if you are pleased with it.

I got an accessory pack with my 3DS including case, headphones, lanyard, 4 game case, 2 stylus's and cleaning cloth.

The 3DS case is nice n soft, pretty slim so its great for me (didnt want a big carry case). Only thing is it doesnt have anywhere to put a stylus and the button clip isnt magnetic but not really a big deal lol, feels a lot more expensive that it actually is they also have that nyko pack for preorder, apparently due next week which i might pick up too

I saw that video a few days ago and I did think that Microsuede wallet looks very nice. So my plan is this......I`m going to keep my Mini Elite case for when i go away etc, and buy that wallet for just home use.

With the Microsuede Wallet, does the game cartridges touch the 3DS when the wallet is closed. By the picture i have seen, it looks like it does, but i`m not 100% sure.

Got my madcatz microsuede wallet in the post today. It's good for what it is i guess, the 3DS fits well, not to loose but not to tight either, and the game holders are nice. Only problem is it has a really strong smell. It's not necessarily a bad smell, its just a bit overpowering. Hopefully it wears off eventually, though.

Can I suggest a bit of frebeeze?!

I bought a little travel case with various compartments in it. It as a nice soft pocket to put the 3DS in with a velcro strap to hold it in place. It as a back pocket with enough storage for 12 games and a 3DS logo on the front.
