    There are only two rules - it should be a 16x16 png file (jpegs are acceptable though :yoshi:), anbd your own work. Submit it either by emailing it to sam@3dsbuzz.com :kirby:, PMing me :goomba:, or by posting it here :cc:, and every week we'll pick a winner to be added to the 3DS Buzz smilie ranks!

    Paint will work fine. For Mac Users, Paint Bucket is a simple program similar to paint. Just make sure to save it as a PNG.
