    Maybe it'd be helpful if we understood just exactly the things that shouldn't be said? Different words have different meanings in different countries (this applies to both D*mn and homphobic insults).

    It all depends on your tone
    For example, if you introduced a gay friend to someone and say they are gay, that shouldn't be offensive

    But if you use the insult by calling someone gay that is offensive, i.e. "You like mario, you're gay" or "Zelda is so gay"

    Also, if you say something like "Oh these two gay guys robbed a bank" that could borderline being offensive as you could come of referring them as gay being criminal

    I know, it's very confusing lol

    The other word for dang is considerd a bad word (Swear word even) in the USA... Kinda the same thing for p****d, P****d is not a bad word in the USA, however it is a bad word in the UK. Dont know about austrillia though.

    (I think) what Klobb's getting at is not using the word 'gay' as just a stock insult, when you aren't referring to someone as a homosexual. Or using it as an insult in any way.
