I can understand that, I was tempted to do that but it messes up your activity log. I had fun completely the first Quest and Puzzles, so I will enjoy these as long as I can. Which I got through that mummy and armored ghost, fought a larger armored ghost and now in the poison room. I have no heroes with yellow shirts, so I will have to rely on wandering heroes.
I only have my one friend as a hero. usally i have him change his shirt to the color i need each day to help me out. Right now I am going down a path where i had to go thru 2 posion rooms, a slime with a shadowlight shield who cant be touched by magic, a frozen room, and a dark room all in one path!!! thats why I cant do this each day.. it would take me about a year to get all the hats and I dont think I could hold my interest in this game for that long.. The activity log wont mess up as long as you set your dates backwards. It will say the last time you played the game was before the first time you played the game but to fix that problem, you just reset your date correctly and replay the game. for instance, if i play mario bros the first time on dec. 1st 2011 and set my game date to oct 1st 2011 and play it again, it will say the first time i played was on dec, and the last time i played was oct. but if i put my date correctly in again and play that game again, the oct will change to the correct date. All in all,, this is a GREAT game!!!

Ok, This is my updated list of the hats I have gotten. This list is also updated on page 5. I have been to every area on mii 2 regular quest and secret quest. The only non visited place I can't get to is the the locked room on the far bottom right of the secret quest. I got a bronze key to open the door on the regular mii 2 map. Then I got a silver key in one of the rooms treasure chests to open the lock on the far left of the secret quest. I am guessing I need a gold key to open the final lock and I figured maybe if i have visited and beat each other area but I have still yet to recive it. I also am missing a signifigant amount of hats too!!! I probobly have to revisit some paths on the secret quest but right now my sanity is slipping away from playing this so much! So I am going to take a bit of a rest and work on some puzzles for a bit then I will go back to the find mii. If anyone figures out how to get that golden key let me know! I woke up this morning and was iching to play the rest, so I am going to try and finish it off. I got the straw hat, and updated my list with it above. 9 more to go! Its still gunna take a long time though as each path I take I am only now getting one or 2 hats. Still can't find that golden key!
I am not sure where that key would be, I am so close to finishing the first run through. How many times have you gone through the quest now?
I went thru the first one 3 times, I am now on the secret quest for my 8th time, so a total of 11 times for both. I just need 6 more hats to get them all now, I updated the hat list above. In my opinion, the hardest path to take of all is the very middle path of the secret quest. You have 2 poisen rooms, a black and white shield room, a dark room, and a frozen room to go through! If you want all the hats too you have to do it twice. Thats where I am at now.

The puzzles are going to be a lot more difficult to get unless you get a ton of Streetpasses, since you cant cheat on the game.
Ya Nintendo really made it hard for us to solve the puzzles. I only finished three puzzles. I need to meet more people.
I finished all of the original puzzles and I am as far as I can be on the new one without having StreetPass people help. How do they get those middle pieces though? I am not sure how that works exactly.
I know, everyone I know doesn't have those middle ones. How are you supposed to get them if nobody has them.
That is what I am trying to figure out, it probably gives you one you are missing just for having a Street Pass maybe.
