    Hey guys, its Golbez. I'm super excited for the new Mewtwo event and so is my brother. He's already ready for battle, and will be kicking butt in a week. Who's as excited as me? Another Pokemon in my Dex, and that will be 492.

    Check Serebii, it might be international And I guess you could spam agility and baton pass or Tailwind to make Electro ball better?

    Go on the Pokemon Global Link and enter the code 'ARCEUSVOTE' on the promotions page. This is a level 100 Arceus with regular moves and a normal ability. I think you have until May to get it.
