    Probably not. It's a neat thing, but I am more of a collector so I don't want to get rid of the original (and I'm too poor to just buy a totally new system). I think I'll just stick to using my original 3DS.

    Not in the near future, no. I have a DSi XL which I tend to use at home because of the size, and my 3DS is my more portable handheld. Plus I think the 3DS XL is kinda ugly..... :/

    Where I could see the larger screens benefiting me is for playing original DS games at original resolution. Right now it's tiny, but it'll be 90% larger on the XL. I could just carry my DS Lite too, but I'd rather have one device. To be honest it depends on whether I get a really good trade in deal or not

    I didn't realise it was due out on the 28th July, it's too soon for me. I'll keep my normal 3DS for a while longer and see what happens with the price. I think £179 is abit steep after what happened to the 3DS launch price.
