Bonk (known as BC Kid in PAL regions, and PC-Caveman in Japan) is a caveman kid with an oversized, bald head. His fictional "scientific" name in the game is "Pithecanthropus Computerurus". He is the main character, and he uses a headbutt to defeat enemies with his hard head. He also has different abilities, such as fire or ice, that he obtains throughout his adventure.

Cancellation

It was announced by Hudson that Bonk has been Cancelled. However, Konami later stated “If (the announcement) didn’t come from us, it’s not true. we have not distributed any official list of Hudson products yet.”
