Overview
Crush 3D was announced in January 2011. It will be a port of the cult hit "Crush" released in 2007 for the PSP which both games are developed by Zoë Mode and published by Sega. Crush 3D is a puzzle game that was released on the 13th January 2012 in Europe and on the 6th March in North America.
Gameplay
Gameplay requires the player to collect marbles in different puzzle/platform levels by crushing the world from 3D to 2D and vice versa. This gameplay mechanic is similar to the dimension flipping in the Wii's Super Paper Mario, and is expected to work well with the 3DS' stereoscopic 3D screen.
Plot
The protagonist in Crush 3D is a young man called Danny, who has insomnia. Danny is treated by a scientist called Dr Reuben with a Cognitive Regression Utilizing Sychiatric Heuristics (CRUSH) device. This allows Danny to travel into his mind and collect his lost marbles to regain his sanity.
