Resident Evil: Revelations Dated For North America
The (arguably) most anticipated 3DS title has finally been given a release date. Also, check out Gamestop’s incredibly ugly pre-order bonus.
Capcom’s debut 3DS announcement gained immediate attention among Resident Evil fans and graphic whores everywhere…even if it was far from being the company’s debut launch title. While 3DS owners had The Mercenaries 3D to (arguably) pass the time, it would still be quite a while for Revelations if Capcom’s estimated early 2012 date proved accurate.
Turns out it totally did; Confirmed by Gamestop, Resident Evil: Revelations will be hitting North American stores on February 7th, 2012. In typical Gamestop fashion, a pre-order bonus will be given out in the form of an exclusive protective case.
If you’re wondering why the 3DS would need a protective case when it’s already protecting the screen, don’t; it’s an ugly case regardless, and you’re better off ordering on Amazon anyway.
In similarly face-palming news, Kotaku is also reporting (or should way “guestimating”) that Revelations will also be available on the Nintendo DS, which they base solely on a Capcom press release. No chance at all that it’s simply a typo, right?

Arguably most anticipated? There’s no argument; I don’t like horror games. Arguably the best-looking would be a much better fit.

I have a Zelda Case just like this one and It’s awesome! besides, I don’t want scratches on my 3ds OR the Screen.

^ the case also fortifies the hinge and gives it a much more solid feel. And that case isn’t even ugly, it’s pretty cool. But I have the OOT black one so I don’t need it, but I might get it anyways

well the case is pretty cool but really who needs the case when much of 3ds owners already bought something to protect the system …..I JUST WANT THE GAME!
This game has the best graphics and sound on 3DS so far so I can’t wait.
Well for me the most anticipated game on 3DS is and always has been Kingdom Hearts but Resi has followed at second since being announced! Buying both on first day.

yes they can to bring this game to ds if iphone can ds can so wow!!!ps1+resident evil white 3ds cutscenes yes is fine like the old deys i think they will use some new 512mb cartridge but stiil i hope only a roumer but i think thet hd ver and vita ver are come year or two after thet one like they do to resident evil 4 thet was gamecube only great games are not come every day so i dont think thet great games shold be some system only(mario and zelda are fine )
I think it’s a great looking case. I never really get excited over these things anyway but as far as cases go it looks pretty cool as far as I can see.
It’s the eye of truth….there’s gonna be a torture chamber of some sort similar to the Bottom of the Well in this game! Actually, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was such a place…..has there already in a previous Resident Evil Game?
