Rumour: Castlevania 3DS on the Way
A journalist claims to have insider information about a new entry for the Castlevania series heading to 3DS.
Paul Gale recently updated his blog with information that he says comes from sources who have provided him with information on several Konami games.

During this year’s E3, Gale spoke to Koji Igarashi, who has produced many games in the Castlevania series of vampire hunting games. Igarashi explained that he was producing multiple titles for 3DS. He went on to say that Game Boy Advance and DS games had been great for the series. This shows that a 3DS Castlevania game was likely at some point.
If Gale’s latest information proves to be true, we can expect to see Castlevania in 3D sooner rather than later. His source claims that artists and modellers have began work on the next instalment of the game and it will be for 3DS.
There has also been talk about how to include the system’s cameras in gameplay. Gale expects the camera will be used to aid motion control. But an even more exciting idea would be Castlevania taking steps into the world of augmented reality…

If the Castlevania for the 3DS doesn't end up being a 2D platformer with 3D effects, somebody is going to get hurt real bad!
Who? Me? IDIDN'TDOIT!!!!!!!! *runs away*
Just plain cool.
Tom Phoenix: I concur.
I don't think it will be a 2D platformer because…I can't see how you can use the console's camera in gameplay on a 2D platformer.Which means it will surely be cool.
I played in 2D and it was great,and in 3d on n64 was horrible….
i hope it will be 2d:D
