You Should Go Ahead And Register That 3DS XL
Free games available for some European 3DS XL owners.
If you got your hands on a 3DS XL any time since launch or plan on picking one up soon and you live in Europe, Nintendo have a pretty great promotion in store for you. If you register the system on Club Nintendo before January 15th, you’ll be able to select from a list of free games, headlined by Super Mario 3D Land. Pretty generous, no?
The full list of available games are as follows: New Art Academy, Super Mario 3D Land, New Style Boutique, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, and Freakyforms Deluxe. All you have to do to capitalize on this opportunity is head on over to Club Nintendo, register an account and then enter the code that you got with your system. Upon selecting your free game of choice, you will be emailed a code for it, but you won’t be able to redeem it on the eShop until the first of January and only until the 31st.
Unfortunately the promotion is not available to the entirety of Europe, only the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and Russia. So if you like free games and happen to live in one of those countries, don’t delay! You can read more about the promotion here.

Registered mine this morning for professor Layton
Does this signify a price drop?
Why is the promotion only for XL?
they should at least include founders for the original
does this work if i registered my xl ages ago
For those who registered before:
Click on where its says on the site ‘my account’
Click on the arrow pointing to the right
Then click on the banner and follow the instructions
Click on ‘my account’ on the Nintendo club website
This is SO UNFAIR. Finland is never included in these. >__> It’s like Nintendo stole a game from the Finnish 3DS owners now.
